printer not printing at all
all colours ok , but no black , fitted new cartidges & cleaned many times , still no black ?
getting cyan and magenta lines on print out
The paper will not feed through, it's only going in about 2mm or so, and then getting stuck. Any ideas how to fix it?

Hi, my printers colour pictures are coming out with all the colours mixed up. IE the colours all seem to be blending with each other..
I am having problems with colours? When printing I often get the wrong colour printed out. This only happens intermitantly. I thiught maybe the ink was running low on one cartridge but this has proved not to be the case. Any ideas would help please

Solution 1: LIFT THE SCANNER LID, WHERE THE SMALL ROLLERS ARE WITH THE SPRING ON, GENTLE PUll THEM FORWARDS. THEY SHOULD "UNCLIP" (CAREFULL NOT TO LOSE THE SPRING)You should then be able to get to the main roller to clean it. (i wet them slightly)
