Problem: Several times, the printer says It is out of paper when it is not, re-sorting the paper in tray cures this and the printer will then print, but as I print remotely, it is a nuisance having to keep going upstairs to the printer when the error message appears.
kind regards,

Brian.

Problem: After pressing print wirelessly, nothing happens, then a note comes up This printer has been paused, do you want it to resume printing? I press resume and it just goes back to pause. How can I correct this, as I cannot run the disc which came with it as I am on an Apple Macbook Pro?

Problem: After sending wirelessly to printer, it shows

and stays like that without printing. Waited 30 minutes so far!
When I try switch printer on and off, the normal menu shows, but when I select setup, it shows the same message above.
Removing power cord for 10 minutes made no difference. Running windows 8.1 printer troubleshooter detects no problems, connecting to printer ok, even detecting paper present.
Any suggestions?
